MEASHAM WELLBEING GARDENING GROUP

This is a physically active group, working outside, to maintain and improve public spaces in Measham.

We are currently caring for the borders of St Laurence Church, Measham High St

MONDAYS 10.00am - 12 noon (break at 11.30 for refreshments in Age UK Cafe).

Some members also tend an allotment in Appleby Magna, growing fruit and vegetables.

Gardening helps to keep us fit, improves our emotional health, and of course makes our outdoor spaces more pleasant.
