Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order at the above location.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order will be implemented for public safety for Openreach to facilitate a pole change.

A road closure is required on Atherstone Road approximately 50 metres south of Byron Crescent on the 12th December 2025 for one day between 09:00 and 15:00.

The proposed alternative diversion route will be via: Gallows Lane, Swepstone Road, Leicester Road, High Street, and vice versa.
