NWL News

NWLDC's new customer centre situated at the Belvoir Shopping Centre opened on Tuesday.

All customer appointments will now take place here including housing, benefits, council tax and environmental health.

A police enquiry desk will open at the centre in early 2023. Police enquiries will continue to be taken at the council offices until then.

Winter Fuel Payment

Last week the Government announced that over 11.6 million pensioners will start to receive up to £600 to help with their energy bills this winter.
