TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER Surface Dressing in North West Leicestershire
Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order on the area's listed below to include temporary road closures, temporary speed restrictions, temporary implementation of no over-taking to enable surface dressing works to be carried out safely.
Surface dressing season commences 03rd May 2022 until 31st August 2022.

New Equipment for Bosworth Road Rec
The parish council have a small amount of funding which can only be spent on play at Bosworth Road Rec. Three options are:
1. Tarmac area for scooter practice
2. Fitness Zone
3. Retro horse

Finally, we are getting back to some kind of 'normality'.
Thank you for everyone's patience while the Leisure Centre has been used as the Vaccine Centre for this area. It is recommended that every parish should have at least 2-3 wardens, not just those who have a large river, brook or watercourse running through their area.

At the Measham Parish Council meeting of 7th April it was RESOLVED to seek the approval of the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities to apply for a PWLB loan of £144,000 over the borrowing term of 20 years for the purpose of buying and refurbishing 12a Fenton Crescent, Measham.
The annual loan repayments will come to around £9374.
